PMP® Training

Project management is the discipline that applies knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques (best practices) to project activities to meet the project requirements of being on target (scope), being delivered on time (schedule), being within budget (cost), and satisfying customers with quality deliverables.

Why is PMP® certification so Fundamental?

Project management practitioners leaving or scheduled to leave the workforce and enter retirement (in the United States alone, 40% of the workforce by 2015), there is a high demand for knowledgeable project managers. The demand exceeds the supply, so $4.5 trillion of that GDP total is at risk, and the gap in available talent is widening, according to PMI Project Management Institute (www.pmi.org).

* The annual average PMP® salary, according to PMI Project Management Salary Survey, is more than $100,000. Take advantage of this opportunity by allowing p4 to prepare you for the certification exam.

* PMP® certification places you in an advantageous position over other candidates by making you and your skills more marketable.

Learners must have a minimum of 35 hours of classroom education to be eligible to take the PMP® certification exam. Sign up today with p4 Consulting Group.
